Dave Reiss

Managing Director

Prior to founding DPR Dave led a successful high net worth wealth advisory practice at Morgan Stanley.

Earlier in his career Dave served as head of finance for a $284 million business of Dun & Bradstreet, and managed a $217 million property of Thomson Reuters with full profit and loss responsibility. He also managed a foundation endowment as Investments Director, and served as consultant to a leading hedge fund, Pequot Capital Management.

Dave is a lifetime supporter and former board member of JRF, a Catholic foundation that hosts urban school programs at its Adirondack summer camp facilities.

A native of Lake Placid, NY, since 1996 Dave and his wife Pam have been active in the Fairfield County, CT community where they raised their 3 children.

As Board Chairman Dave led the launch of FirstServeBridgeport.org, a successful non-profit urban youth education and tennis program. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Fairwest, a public high school sports league with teams from Manhattan to New Haven, CT.

A football halfback and Division I college baseball shortstop, Dave was the number 1 ranked squash player in the US age 45+, and volunteered for 8 years as founding Head Coach of the Fairfield High School Squash Team. He enjoys history, travel, spending time with family and friends, and almost anything outdoors.
