Dave founded DPR after leading a successful high-net-worth wealth advisory practice at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, as a Managing Director at Greenfield Online, Dave was part of the team that successfully took this global research company public in 2004, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Dave also managed key business units and properties for Thomson Reuters, WPP Group, and Dun & Bradstreet.

A native of Lake Placid, New York, Dave has been an active member of the Fairfield County, Connecticut, community since 1996, where he and his wife, Pam, raised their three children. He is a lifelong supporter of JRF, a Catholic foundation that hosts urban middle school programs at its Adirondack summer camp facilities, and he served on its board for more than 20 years.

Dave’s commitment to education and youth development extends well beyond his professional work. He led the launch of FirstServe Bridgeport and continues to serve as its Board Chairman. FirstServe Bridgeport is a nonprofit dedicated to children’s education and enrichment. He also co-founded and led the rapid growth of Fairwest, a high school sports league with teams spanning from Manhattan to New Haven, Connecticut, while serving as its Board Chairman.

A former football halfback and Division I college baseball shortstop, Dave captained Fordham’s Division I varsity squash team, later achieved the No. 1 national ranking in the 45+ age division, and represented the United States in the 2018 World Masters Squash Championships. Dave enjoys history, travel, time with family and friends, and nearly anything outdoors.
